• February, 2025 Pothole policy:

  The Buena Vista HOA will normally contact Lubbock County for road repairs.
  For small potholes, the HOA Board will, at its option, make the repairs. However, potholes in the street at the edge of an individual
  owner's driveway are the responsibility of the homeowner. In most cases, the potholes can be repaired by the application of 1-2 bags of
  Cold Patch or similar.

• February, 2025 Sewer smell:

  If you notice a sewer smell coming from the Wolfforth wastewater plant and settling pond to the north,
  please contact Brent Baker, Texas Commission of Environmental Quality, at 806-796-7092.
